Default Vitamins are vitamins - to a certain extent

Flintstones are on people's lists because there are few "adult" chewables. Early out most doctor's don't want you taking things in pill form. And bluntly, the liquids that you can get in the regular drugstore are gag-worthy, at best.

I take (on doctor's orders)
Prenatal vitamin (for the iron, folic acid, and multi-vitamin properties) every morning.
Vitamin A as Beta Carotene - the only thing I ever tested low on - every morning.
B12 sublingual (under the tongue) - every morning
Centrum multivitamin - every night.
Flaxseed Oil - for regularity, among other things - every morning and every night
Calcium Citrate - 500 mg three times a day

I also take, on my own, Fish Oil with Omega 3s every morning and every night, as there's heart disease in my family.

I never thought about that. I usually just grab one and eat it. I'm not overly fond of the taste....oh well. Tomorrow I'm gonna look at the one I take and bite the little head off first!

Default Back to reality...

Ah, it's nice to be back in a world where poop matters...

I take the Flaxseed Oil in gelcap form... and yes, it seems to help.

I'd better eat up all my Centrum Silvers before my surgery!

I'm on Paxil for panic attacks... at my psych eval, the dr. told me it comes in a liquid form.... oh my!

Do you all use Liquid Tylenol (childrens?) when needed???

You want to be careful about the children's liquid tylenol. It has a lot of sugar in it. I bought the adult liquid tylenol for a right after surgery and it doesn't have all of the sugar.
