We can only walk our own path
First off - good to see you. Second - watch that pain! Glad you're on meds.
Now - after surgery, I lost 65 pounds in the first 6 months - definately not more than you - but I think more slowly than you. And the other day, at 14 months since surgery, I put on a size 12. You know - it happens. And I work out every day. I thought with how much I exercise, I would drop 100 pounds my first year after surgery easy - well - I didn't. But damn - I look and feel SOOOO much better.
I know how hard it is to feel like it is barely happening but stick to the basics and it will.
Fist off - are you eating enough? How many calories a day? Are you doing your water? Those are the two most important things.
PM if you want to talk about working exercise and stuff. There is always away - but not when you have a UTI infection. If you start moving, you will feel better, sleep better, think more clearly etc. It isn't just about losing faster. Again - I work out every day and my loss is pretty slow, but steady. And that is fine. Come join me in the slow and steady world!
