Default Wooo hooo and boooo hoooo

Well, let me tell you about my day thus far. I had an appt with my PC today, just a regular check up. It was good timing because I have done something to my left knee and could hardly walk yesterday. She was just thrilled with my 126 lb loss in the seven months since surgery. Now for the woooo hoooo, I am no longer hypertensive and have been taken off all HBP meds. I have not taken them since Thursday anticipating this appt and wanting to get a "normal" reading without the meds. My BP was 122/72....that is freaking normal!!!!!!! I am very jazzed about that. She did x-rays on my knee and wrapped it up so I am having a lot less pain and can walk with a limp but without having to hang onto something. She will get those results in a few days. Now for the boooo hoooo. She is really freaked about my hernia and has referred me for a surgical consult. Seems that she wants to get this resolved asap. The fact that I can "push" it back in seemed to freak her out even more. My move is going ok. Still need to figure out how to get my bed and Gazelle moved over to the new house soon. Anybody with a truck want to help me out here????!!! I hope to see many of you at Thursdays meeting and gathering at Outback afterwards. Have a great day my friends.

Unhappy Knee

Pam,
I am so sorry to hear about you knee. I know what it's like to have a bum knee. I hope that it feels better soon. About the hernia I would trust Dr. Danque she is awesome, and only wants the best for us.
When do you need to move your bed and other stuff. I have a truck. Will there be people there to help lift the heavy stuff? I'm kind of busy all weekend, but if it doesn't take that long then I can help. Let me know.

Jeanie,
You rock girlfriend. The only thing big that I need help (a truck) with is my bed and my gazelle. Yes there will be plenty of people to do the lifting at both houses. The new house is pretty close, up off Amaya in La Mesa. I am good for anything Friday on. I do have my grandaughter's b-day party Saturday from noon to 3 so anytime you can fit me in would be awesome!! I will give you gas money. I appreciate your offer soooooo much! You can call me at work or hopefully I'll see you Thursday night at the meeting. work # 619-258-6800 x1119. Love ya!

Christina,
Thanks for the offer sweetie, besides a few boxes I can do in my car my bed and gazelle are the only other things I need to get moved. Thanks again. Big hugs

Default Pam,

I'm so sorry to hear about your knee! Dang girl what happened?

Can the hernia operation wait until you get back from Hawaii or is this hernia surgery more urgent?

Keep us posted sweetie!

Thumbs up Moving

I can do it either Saturday morning around 9am, or Sunday around the same time. Which one is better for you? Let me know. I will be at the meeting on Thursday, so we can talk about it more than.

Talking Alrighty!

Hey my little sugar pea! Damn that Hernia, stand down boy, stand down! That really stinks! Well hopefully at your surgical consult they Dr will say it can wait a few months or something... that would be cool... but a girls gotta do, what a girl's gotta do!

Sorry to hear about the knee, my left one is a bum one... I just live with it!
I work for an ortho surgeon, when you work for one they just blow you off....

I will help y'all put the bed and Gazelle in the truck .... It will be my workout for this year!

Glad to hear your normal (but what do Dr's know anyways! lol) Glad your off the meds! Woo hoo! I love your face lady, keep rockin' and a rollin'!
