Does anyone take this? I am taking it and I hate it! It is nasty and is very hard for me to choke down. It is an antacid/reflux type med. Is there something different/better that y'all take?

Thanks!

Okay, so people aren't taking this. What are you taking that acts the same?
Are these type medications necessary evils?

LOL! I took Protonix for the first month after surgery, small pills - no sweat.

I take 40 mg of Pepcid every night before bed - 14 months out.
Tiny little thing.

Zegrid is very new on the market, I have heard it tastes like .... (yuck). If your doc wants you on no pills, you could try prevacid, they have a powder. If you are too a point where you can take pills there are many options out there.

In my first weeks, when unable to swallow a pill, I took Pepcid Complete. It is a chewable.
