Default Feeling Good

I had my first yogurt and boy was it good! ! !
I am scheduled to have my staples removed tomorrow. I will start my protein/ vitamin/ mineral intake and move up to stage 2 also allowing me to explore the "soft" foods. Stage one was the "clear foods". Funny, at 550+ I just ate all foods. All textures, colors, sizes and consistancies. Damn I am glad that I had this procedure. I can't wait to get to the "healthy" foods. LOL

Thumbs up Yes it is great!

That first taste of food after nothing solid is nice, liquids are not what I'd choose to live on thats for sure but I do enjoy not eating all the crap I ate before surgery. I feel so much better. Keep up the great work and welcome to the losers side....Scott
