Default Glad Polo Shirts Never Go Out of Style..

Last Friday I did my 3 month follow-up with the surgeon. To my surprise, really, I have now lost 100 pounds. The last week of March, I was 405, now I'm 305.

I came home and started trying on old clothes. Now I have a new wardrobe since many of the shirts I had bought before didn't fit me. Now they do.

I feel better. My bloodwork was awesome. Everything I do, I now do better. I can't wait to see what life is like in another 80 pounds.

Though I don't post much, I read your posts daily. I have received a lot of strength and ideas from you all and I thank you.

Rob

Rob, You're doing GREAT!!!
Congratulations! I love your Patton quote. When I was a teenager, I worked in a movie theatre as an usher, I saw that movie "Patton" 49 times! I could quote it word for word...my parents were thrilled to hear that language coming out of their 15 year old daughter. I thought it was a great party trick!
