Default Vitamin Question

What vitamins are y'all taking? Do the vitamins you take change after each phase of weight loss? Like, once you can tolerate more do you take a different vitamin? What's the best, what do y'all recommend?

I started on Flinstones (and use them when I travel) but daily I take a liquid vitamin made by Bell. Find it here at Health Food Store, its a multi-complex liquid and supposed to be 85% more absorbable than tablet. Along with this b-12 tablets and injections every 2 weeks.

I too used to eat the chewables until I could no longer stand them. Now I just take 2 regular Centrum a day but never really thought about absorption of the vitamins. Do the liquid vitamins absorb into your system better after GBS??
