You know...I'm not really sure what causes the stoma to stretch... I have heard about the carbonation thing. Could not chewing well enough cause this, too? You know, large pieces of food going through? Also, I have heard that different surgeons make different sized outlets. Drs C & P make 12mm ones. Also, it would be feasible that different people's tissue is different...and some could relax more than others? I don't know...what do you all think?
