i have to scream im so happy...
hey there everyone...i just have to share a wow moment with you...today after doing my 50 laps in the pool, i weighed myself and i am down 90 pounds in 5 months and 1 week...i cannot believe it and i have gone from a size 32 to a size 16...oh my gosh...it is incredible...i know this will slow down but i want to keep going and keep losing...i am so happy...i do not post often but am always reading and i appreciate everythin u guys offer up and it is so important...i only wish i had known about this site before my surgery..thanks again...
