Not to worry dearheart! I too felt so darn good and was able to get my "food" and liquids down so well that I actually asked my dh if he thought my doc had really done the surgery.

He pointed out how calm, relaxed and nice to be around I was compared to how much I was eating. If you knew me pre-op, you'd know that I was the bitch from hell if I didn't get fed regularly.
Moral of the story...enjoy yourself and welcome to the wonderful world of losing!
P.S. At about 7 or 8 days out I ran out of steam and just crashed hard. No energy. None. Zip. Nada for about 3 days. Then BAM, back it came. Be prepared for this possibility and know that it's normal. At least that's what everyone on here told me at the time.
