Hi everyone!

My name is Glissette and i had my surgery on 05/08/07. I lost 32 pounds the first month but nothing else since then. I'm desperate, its to soon to stop losing weight. I'm walking for 30 min 4 days a week. Please HELP ME!

Thanks Cindy!!! Is good to know that i'm not alone, but i'm still concern. Should I increase the exercise or its just a stage that pass to start losing again?

It is totally just a stage...but increasing the exercise couldn't hurt at this point. Honestly I only exercised maybe 5 times since my surgery and I really need to start walking. It is great that that is already built into your life.

BORICUA in da House ! ! !

Hey, don't worry, after surgery I lost 5-7 lbs and just stopped. I was stuck at 245 for a little over two weeks. Then it started up again. Don't worry its just a water stage. I was told that the rapid weight you lose in the begining is mostly water weight. After thats gone that you start on the real fat.

Don't worry, and welcome to the best losers on the net

Thanks!!! Sometimes it's easy to forget how hard it was to lose that same amount of pounds before the surgery. Anyway, I've lost 3 more pounds!!!!

Welcome! I am going through the same thing too! I seem to hit a plateau every 10lbs or so! It's really annoying!
