Default Under goal and still dropping?

Ok I'm a bit worried? I'm about 20 lbs below my Dr's goal and a few pounds below the goal this chart says I should weigh for my age! I am trying to gain but no luck yet! I hope Dr Coster didn't take out too much intestine when he did the bypass? I am also approved for the panni surgery but after Lisa's problems it kinda scares me to think of doing it? Everyone send good thought to Lisa too by the way! Thanks for listening! Mike This chart is very good too!

I'm not anywhere near my goal yet, but maybe you should check in with your doctor -- don't want to waste away to nothing!

I love the weight chart...thanks for posting!

You know, I never actually received a goal weight from my doctor... and after visiting the forums here, I asked about it at my next appointment, and I was told that my doctor's office doesn't give "goal weights" because so many times, your own body knows when to stop... Everyone is so different, and everyone's body is going to react differently and stop at different places, so it's too hard to pinpoint exactly what weight each person should weigh. I say as long as you feel healthy, enjoy the extra weight you're dropping...and share with the rest of us. LOL

Thumbs up

My Thoughts~

My Dr did not give me a "Goal" he just thought that 150 would be a healthy weight.

I looked my best at 140 but my body wants to stay at 125-132...and has been that way for over a year now.

Our bodies stop where they are meant to.

Check with your Dr,but I am sure you are doing great!
