went for 8 week check up
Hi all just got home from my 8 week check up...and he said that im doing great and i really didnt want to get on that mean scale but anyway i have lost 45 pounds, i guess that is okay! I do feel alot better!! He said just keep doing whatever im doing...I went over my whole list of what i eat and he seemed happy with it!! I i also got my first b 12 shot 2day! And he took blood and said he would call me with the results! I sure hope that they come back good!! Just wanted to let everyone know how i was doing!!! Have a great day all!!!!!

size before surgery was 18 now size 9

You GUESS that is ok??? It absolutely is OK!!!!  You're doing great Laura! So glad to hear that you had a good check-up. Keep taking such good care of yourself and BE PROUD of your accomplishments!!!

aww thanks all...i went out to lunch with my mom and we went to applebees and i got a grilled chicken greek salad ate about 1/4 of it and it was sooo good!!! so guess i will have that for later too and made sure i left me some chicken in it!!
