I dump hard and I am glad. I sweat, shake, heart beats, nausea to the point of feeling like I am gonna vomit for 20 minutes...after that I just feel like I have to just sleep.

Greasy food also makes me dump. And chilli for some reason. Chilli is the one food that I miss the most.
