As far as health changes yes, I notice I have alot more energy, I don't huff and puff trying to breath like I used to, I don't snore anymore (my wife is really thankful lol), my blood pressure is back were it should be, my knees and back don't hurt like they used to and I don't have Dickiedo any more, LMAO.

Dickiedo- My belly doesn't stick out further than my dickiedo. HEHEHE

Way to go, you and I had our surgery the same day and have almost the same weight loss. I agree on the D thing. lol Keep up the good work, I just wish I had done this sooner.
