Default Happy with a dress and jeans....

Yesterday I was going through the clothes my mom recently purchased for her up coming trip to Hawaii. Of course my mom has always been much much much thinner then I. Well I am getting closer to her and I spotted a real pretty dress in the pile that was a large which in my opinion will be to big for her. Just for laughs I decided to try it on. To my suprise it actually fit. Now it looked not so good with the lumps and bumps that are now a part of my mid section but it FIT and when it actually comes time for warm enough weather to actually wear it I should be at a good weight and it should look better. So that's the Dress part here's the jeans. I did laundry the other day and nothing's been put away. So I am looking for jean's this morning (which use to be a swear word) and I saw what I thought were mine and put them on. Well they fit but I knew when I got them on that they weren't mine. So I take em off and realized they were my husband's. The thing about that is that he weigh's 206 pounds. He is in a 38, 30. I couldn't have even attempted to get an ankle into his pants let alone my whole body just 5 months ago. He was like, Oh great. LOL But then said he was so happy for me. I always felt that I shouldn't weigh more then my husband and 23 pounds from now I won't. I didn't wear his jean's but knowing I could if I wanted to just made me feel really good.

When I was the same weight as my hubby, I had to look hard to keep my clothes straight from his. Now, I can fit my whole body just about into one of his pant legs. No confusion now!
