Default On the other Side

Well I am home YEA!!! The surgery went smoothly and I am doing great. I was there with one woman who does not have a computer so she can't get the online support. She was having a difficult time so I was very encouraging with her and we did several laps of the 3rd floor today before I left. She was still there needing more test done so I don't know id she will leave today or not. Now my problem will be taking it easy while I am at home. I don't do laying about easily.

I'm glad that you're home, and everything is GOOD! I got bored when I was home also, but luckly I had my nephew to play video games with. I also would just go for a walk if I felt like I was getting "cabin fever". Have someone take you for dirves also. Those were my saving grace.

Thumbs up Welcome Home!

Carl, buddy:

WELCOME HOME! It's great to see you post so quickly. You must be feeling pretty good.

You might think you're doing really well, but just don't test your stamina right now. Don't get too far away from a bed.

Rest, rest, rest...sip, sip, sip. You'll be just fine.

Welcome to the other side, bro.

Hi Carl,

I tried calling yesterday but they said they didn't have you in the computer. So I figured it was yet another glitch on their account. Sorry about that buddy!!!

I am so glad you are home.. and let me just be one of the first to welcome you to the other side!! Life can be so wonderful on this side, and so challenging too!! We'll all get through it together though, I suspect.

Well trying to get comfortable in bad last night was a nightmare. My partner had to sleep in the other bedroom. I finally got t he pillows right and then this morning at 4:00 I woke up laying on the Q bag, I check it out and it was empty so I took it out. Now I have a little more freedom. I have been walking this morning checking e-mails and sipping!! My breathing great and I have good energy but I am taking things slowly (for me that is). My biggest fear now is that my dog is going to jump on my belly. I am protecting it as much as possible. Well that's all for now I have a day of Harry Potter Movies planned gotta get busy.

Carl,

Welcome to the other side you LOSER!!!! I am glad to hear that you are doing well. Try not to overdo it for the first week or so, you will have more energy but tire quickly. Just remember, rest, sip, walk, rest, sip, walk. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
