Hello again you wonderful people - sorry to bother you but need to enquire about a rash - I am 3 and half weeks out and doing really well can even eat properly albeit things like mince etc but I have developed a bad rash on my inner thighs and inner arms - thought it may be due to body detoxing etc now that it is not getting the thousand of pounds of sugar it used to - has anyone else had this.

Without seeing it, it is hard to say, but rashes are like real estate...location, location, location. Given the moist environment of those areas it is possibly yeast related and would be treated with antifungal cream and hydrocortisone cream as well as keeping the areas clean and dry.

Of course check with your own doctor.
