Default 10 months post op. -228lbs Just wanted to say I love you guys

Well friday the 25th of may will be my 10 month anniversay. I just wanted to say that I think the world of this place and the people.

This morning I was 217lbs. That puts me at a loss of -228lbs so far and im close enough to goal now I have a two pack and my delts are starting to show through. I'm prolly around 14%BF.

I gotta say I love going shopping now and picking up a pair of jeans in 34" and I still have some breathing room.

I just wanna say. Thanks for all the help in the dark times and the light ones. I'm here as living proof. Don't EVER let anyone tell you, you can't do something or that's impossible. Just because its never been done before don't mean you can't do it.

Realize you're dreams....anything is possible.

John, you are AMAZING! I can't believe you've lost that much in only 10 months. Congratulations -- you should be puffing out that newly-buff chest with pride!!

I load everything on a photobucket account and then just copy the <image> code link into my post. Its pretty straight forward cause they give you a image link and a url link beneath anything that you upload onto you're online photobucket account.

All photos must be less than like 1200x 1200 so I take a picture resize them to fit on photobucket and then post the image code link here. Wa la just that simple.

Thanks to all for the kind words. You guys have really helped me when I was feeling down and encouraged me when I was feeling good. I will be at goal in the next 30days for sure(only another 15ish lbs). And part of that success is because of this place.

So a huge thankyou from the bottem of my heart to everyone here. This success story is as much yours as it is mine.

Dude, you weight reduction is amazing.

-200 somehing lbs is no joke.

Can we see a before pic, please. I just wanna see what you use to look like.

(edit) Nevermind, I just went through your album on Photobucket. Dude, awesome reduction.
Hey, BTW, I'm a car nut too. Nothing like a T-61 on an inline 6 spooling to a full boost of 28lbs at 3000rpm. (I use to own an MKIV 6 speed that dyno'd at 637rwhp on race gas)
