you look great and if I may say, your weight loss is absolutely incredible. The amount in such a short time...unbeleivable.

So I am wracking my brains trying to figure out who it is you remind me of, and as I go over the list of Hollywood hunks, I remember the once much younger and very handsome...Micheal Douglas...you may be too young to know him, but in his day...he was a hottie...you are more refined and handsome, but the rugged manly look is similar!!

I didn't really mean tall im only 6"1. I ment big my chest is 46" shoulder to shoulder im nearly 57".

Imagine a 57" upper body/chest over a 34" waist. My body is shaped like a "V"

I'm just a big guy now. None of that really shows up in the pics but, when I walk around I get asked where I workout and stuff. I guess I just have that gym look in person.

Rightfully so though....I mean hell the gym is my second home

Maybe one of these days soon i'll have the balls to pose and really show what i've been working so hard on. I guess in these pics I look alot smaller than I am. oh well.
