I hear 'ya on that. Getting enough fluids in has been the most difficult aspect of this for me. I can manage maybe 24 oz per day, but too much makes my stomach cramp up.

I am so happy to wrote to the forum. I too am 5.5 weeks out and my weight loss has stalled at about 30 lbs. This is where, on regular diets, my weight loss always stalled so its freaking me out a bit. I'm really appreciative of all the encouraging responses. Unfortunately I am also having real issues with "regularity" and just recently heard about "Mirilax" that just became available OTC. Does anyone know anything about it?

I ate a bit more dinner tonight than usual -- thinking my lack of calories may be an issue. I hope my weights starts down again soon -- yours too!
