Default Hair loss. How much?

I am still in the research phase. I see a lot of people with issues about hair loss. Just how much are we talking about? I already have thin hair on top. Will i be bald? So this freaks me out big time!
How long till it grows back? Will it come back the better or worse?

Everyone loses hair at different rates and amounts; some people don't lose any extra. We ALL lose 40-100 hairs per day which is absolutely normal for non-surgical people. Mine did thin, but nobody could tell except me. It started thinning around 3-4 month's post-op, and finally slowed down at about 6-7 months. In my opinion, it's no big deal. They make gorgeous wigs if the hair thins ALOT. I'd rather lose some hair temporarily, than keep it all and remain obese. It's a small price to pay, in my humble opinion.

Wink Hang in there

Well said Marie! I have lost quite a bit of hair but it appears to be slowing down. At least that's what my brush is experiencing. I'm going on 6 months. It did start at about 3 months. There's really nothing that can be done about it, but be patient.

It seems like alot but it really isn't. It was nice no to have thick heavy hair for a while now its growing back. My hair dresser told me she sees the regrowth.

I started to lose handfuls at a time at around 2-3 months. Now, I'm back to normal hair loss. I had cut and dyed my hair real short, so I didn't notice as much loss as when it was long. My hair was already thin, but I didn't get anywhere near to being bald. Only you and your hairdresser really notice...okay, if you wear white and have dark hair, it's a little noticed by others

Rain,

Yep, you could. I started about 4 weeks out. Seems to be either slowing down, or maybe I just have so little left it FEELS like it is slowing down!

Gosh this just freaks me out! I know we all lose like up to 500 hairs a day. But to lose it by the HANDFULLS, this is just too much! I dont have enough on top to be losing by the handfulls.
I lost a bunch of hair from age 20 to 25 due to stress. I just dont know if i could handle being bald. I think i would rather be fat.
