I'm going to start by not having the goldfish crackers and see how that goes! I think they are what's keeping me hovering between 160-162. I've been going back and forth for a LONG time! I seem to snack on those crackers every afternoon...and I have a LOT of them! It's become a habit. Like my Starbucks. I think if I give up the fish and the Starbucks that'll save me quite a few calories and carbs per day. I just can't go cold turkey on the Starbuck's! I love it too much! I'll start by switching from the Vente to the Grande or Tall.....baby steps......

Nothing wrong with baby steps! As long as you're moving!

Yea, goldfish really pack on the worthless calories. I'm always trying to wean my kids off of them. They'll got two or three months without and suddenly, someone will give them some and then they're hooked again...

And I do huge decaf coffees, and I use cream. I mean - it is not much - maybe 60 calories? I can afford it! But smaller is better!
