It's been a while since I posted anything and I wanted to give all of you an update. I have lost a total of 114.2 pounds and I am feeling great. I still have no tolorance whatsoever for meat. I drink two high protein boosts a day and I eat a serving of beans just about every day. I am feeling great and I don't miss the meat at all.

This surgery is one of the biggest blessings God has sent my way. I thank God every day for this because I now have a new life. I feel great and I can do things I haven't done in years.

Thank you all for your support and I look forward to hearing from you!

Tim

Big Congrats on the 114 pounds gone forever. Keep up the great work. Do you have a set goal you would like to reach or are you just waiting until you get to a weight you are comfortable with?

Hi Pastor Tim, I was just curious what kind of Pastor you are? I am a Christian and always like to find brothers and sisters here. I had my surgery just about a year before you. I'm still working on the meat thing-I really just can't stand much of it-but I love my beans. LOL

Pastor Tim:
I am a retired Pastor myself belonging to the AG. I find myself looking forward to more energy and more work for the Lord. It is interesting seeing somebody else on here with common interests. Keep in touch.
