Default Finally! 100 pounds down -

I just recently passed my three month mark - and as of today I can say that 100 pounds are now gone! It seemed the first 90 pounds went quickly but now it's all slowed down to a crawl. I've been at 280 for three days now.

Another 70 pounds and I will be where I want to be Looks like I need to step up the exercise routine.

Here are a couple pics - first one with friends a week before surgery (380) and then one my daughter took the other day (280).

And yeah - I know I need to shave - LOL

Ron
