Default ATTN: My fellow SB lovers...

I was at my local Starbucks yesterday and they now have sugar-free caramel syrup.

YAY for caramel machiattos. I know I totally didn't spell that right, but I don't care because I'm so excited!!

And I can totally tolerate Coffee Light Frapps, so my life is goooooooooooood

My Starbucks doesn't have the SF caramel yet... but I will be first in line when they do. Caramel Machiattos (sp) were my fav before surgery, now my favoriat is a triple venti nonfat SF vanilla latte with 2 sweet & lows. I get at least one a day (21 grams of protein) I consider it my protein supplement. it will be good to have a bit of variety available, since I can't stand the hazelnut syrup.

I was just wondering if anyone has issues with the sugar alcohols in the SF syrups at SB. I looovvvvee that stuff but the only time I ever dumped was on SF icecream and the chocolete swirl stuff made me soooooo sick. I want to taste but I am sooooo scared.
Advice...
Lori
