Default It's been fun

I have enjoyed my time on this forum - it has been a God send with my boredom for the last two weeks - but I got the clean bill of health from my Dr yesterday and he said I can go back to work on Monday and start any kind of exercising I want - which means I am going back to spinning I Love this forum and will continue to come in when I can - please pm me if you if you need my attention for anything - I am really happy with all the friends I have made and would really like to hear your progress.

We all 3 have the same date! My 2-week follow-up appointment is tomorrow. I CANNOT wait til I'm on soft solids. I want to CHEW something!

Glad to hear you're doing great. I also had my gallbladder out, so I don't expect him to release me to full exercise. I think the paperwork said after 6 weeks for anything other than a walking plan.

Well, enjoy work and be sure to pace yourself. Remember, less than 2 weeks ago, you had pretty major surgery!

Take care of yourself!

Thanks my fellow POD mate losers I'm glad to hear your both doing great also - We're in for a wild ride - I will continue to check in - but with exercise, work, then school - just a little impossible - But would love to keep up with your progress - I will take my time at the exercise and let my body tell me what it will let me do - thanks for the tip
