Default cruise to the carribean

well its been a while since i wrote we went on the cruise on april8 and we came back on april 15 i was a little worried about eating on the ship on the previous cruises i have gained about 15 lbs i made a lot of good choices stuck with salads, potatoes, vegetables some meats chicken, lamb, fruit,in the mornings cream of wheat, oatmeal, grits, cheeses and if you walked around the ship 4 times on the walking track it was a mile and a quarter so i walked about 12 times around the ship a day then we went snorkeling and swimming it was great i only got sick once i ate to much it wasnt bad i also had sugar free deserts and sugar free ice cream i think i ate about 5 to 6 time a day i thought i would gain a few lbs but when i got home on sunday and sunday is weigh in day for me i lost 3 and a half pounds i couldnt believe it . well im down a 110 lbs it sure feels good. no more back pains and pains in my legs i can walk everry day with my dog its great thanks every body ..scott
