Rain I would be frustrated too...but, not only is he a guy and will loose quicker but he also weighed more than you to start with. That is a huge deal right there. Hang in there, you are doing great. One of these days soon you will start dropping like dead flys! LOL

Cool Hello Rain

Hey Rain,

You are doing great!! It is true I started at a much higher weight than you and I think that is part of it. Plus it is true that I am a man, but don't tell anyone ,I am trying to keep it a secret.

Now my food secret is this, I only eat on the days with the letter "Z" in it. Now I have quickly come to the conclusion that there are no days with the letter "Z" in it. So, this might explain the rapid weight loss. So as of yesterday I switched my thinking to a more healthy standpoint and eat in the days ending in "Y", I am thinking this will slow down my weight loss a lot.

Well, I hope this invaulable information will help in you weight loss.

Take care,

Davey

P.S. I hope you don't believe a word I have to say, except for the part that I hope you are doing great!!.

Cool Hello Bridget

Hey Bridget,

Thanks for the props. I think you are doing great!! By they way, I was thinking about how you visited me in the hospital. The was really cool of you, you didn't even know me, but you stopped by anyway. Another thing, how tall are you, you seemed tall?

Anyway I wanted to tell you again, that you look great, no you look awsome. You and Christine are a great inspiration to me and to everybody else I am sure.

With love,

Davey
