YOU GO GIRL!!!!! I am soooooo happy for you!!! Make sure you do something special just for you....here's some hints for the hubby to make a special evening:

1. Flowers
2. Bubble bath with soft music playing
3. Full body massage
4. Protein shake by candlelight

You are such an inspiration to everyone here...so we're all vibe-ing those 9 lbs. away.... I'm guessing that you'll be posting in the next week or so that you've dropped those 9 and then some!!!!

Tabitha!!
Hey girl!! Long time no hear!
Thank you for your kind words and vibes! I don't think it'll be next week that these last pounds to the next goal will be gone though, I'm averaging about 10 pounds a month, other than the plateau, so, as long as I reach this latest goal by Valentines Day, I'm happy with that, and all of those wonderful things you mentioned, I'll just fairly well pass on to John, and maybe he'll take care of ALL of them!!
YOUR numbers are looking WONDERFUL too girl, I'm SO happy for you back there!!!! Keep up the marvelous work!
I hope you're keeping warm!!
HUGS!!

Thanks my friend!
No, I was never one to run for the box of candy, I've been a diabetic since I was 28, so, my "box" of something to 'run for', would be the box of chips if they came that way, or a box of fried chicken, or a box of friench fries, anything other than sweets, just ANYTHING! Yes ma'dear, I'm so glad too, that those days are gone for all of us... I just thank the Lord, never to see those days again!! And I intend on saying "Never" to that!!! To that, I can promise you....
