Well everyone, I am home, still really sore, but all went well....I thought I was gonna die the first day, cause I was hurting pretty bad....but they said after you get throught the first couple of days, it will get better....and it has....I thank you all for your support....Love You all....Darlene

I cant stress enough to AVOID STRESS. Take is easy and do not push your self too hard. BE lazy to a point. You owe it to your body after a thing like this. I know we need to move around and we need to get things done but dont go any extra miles. Good luck and take care.
