Default PANNI is booked........

Did my consult today and the doctor is happy with my weight loss.

He booked my panni for June 4, 2007 - 64 days from now! Whooo Hoooo.

Tried for the May dates to be with other other TT members having their RNY...but all booked up. There will be 2 others that day having RNY, so I can hopefully find them and chat at the hospital.

Hi, Ho....its of to surgery I go!!!

You will be so happy. I think the panni didn't bother me horribly until I got my surgery date....THEN I WANTED IT OFF!!!!!!!!!!

Take pics
Patience with the results. I am having some swelling on one side from being up and about too much. Let your body heal. I am so excited for you!!!

You are having the panni and no muscles right??? I think I remember that from a previous post. The recovery is soooooooo much easier.

Thanks...I am scared now, but fine. He IS tightening the muscle underneath. There will be approx 140 staples, anchor incision. The drain tubes come out in 3 days post op in the hospital and then I can travel home. Staples come out in 2 weeks from surgery. He said there might be oozing from the incision site up to 6 weeks and that infection is one of the biggest concerns, thus doesn't want me back to work for 4-6 weeks. We shall see.

Lisa, I'm so happy for you and excited to see your results! I can't wait for the day that I can hopefully do something about my panni. One day....well at least I can dream.
