So excited for you Lisa. I was looking forward to getting on the computer tonight to see when your date was.

I was so hoping that you would be there the same time as Samm but another trip to Medicine Hat won't hurt. One can always shop when they are in the city. hmmmmm

I think you will love the results despite the scarring. Friends of mine who have had the Nohr panni are thrilled with the flat stomach and the tight muscles.

Congrats on the date. That is so exciting. I can't wait to hear how it goes.
Hopefully the time will go by really fast for you.

Lisa is there a certain time frame with Nohr for booking your panni after you lose your weight. What if someone acheives goal in 6 months can they book their panni then or do they have to wait a certain time frame after they have their RNY?

That question might help some of the Nohr patients here.

Nohr likes you to wait 12-18 months after RNY, after loosing 100 pounds and after you have met goal weight. If you loose a great deal of weight, like 150-200 pounds in the first year and at goal, he will consider doing it at 12 months out. Its best to let your body adjust before going under the knife again. I guess three are always exceptions to the rules, so you can always ask him.

For those of us that have had panni for all our adult lives, having it removed is a minor miracle! It's wonderful to have a 4 pack and a bikini body. It hurts, and it's harder than I thought it would be but totally worth it. I love my taut flat abs.

Yay Lisa! *Doing the limited happiness due to being in bed....*
