Default Couple things 6 month check up

Couple of questions for everyone. I had my 6 month check up on Wed of last week and I was down 103 lbs. Dr. Potts said I'm doing great and he if very proud of me. To meet his goal I have about 65lbs to lose but of course I want to lose more.

Now to my questions I started getting sick last week and got really bad on Friday and Saturday to the point I didn't even work on Friday. Do you guys know of anything out there to help fight getting sick? This is the 2nd time I've gotten sick since it started getting cold around here. I'm normally never sick.

My 2nd question is that can we shrink in height to? My Dr told me about a year ago I was 5' 7" 3/4 well now I'm only 5' 6" 3/4. What the heck is up with that I've lost a whole inch. Is that do to fat on the feet or head or something? I know this sounds funny but I was going nuts the other day when I realized I'm shrinking. Is this normal?

Smile Height problems

Hey sugar pea.... I lost an inch too, but mine was a result of being MO, I have a herniated disc and degenerative disc disease as a result of being Mo for so long... thats where I lost an inch... just imagine, I use to be 6 feet tall! That may have happened to you, or perhaps you were measured improperly... who knows. See I heard as you get thinner you should GAIN some height, because of less weight on the spine and your thighs are smaller so you can stand more straight. Another thing is, of you measure yourself in the morning you are usually taller than in the evening. This is because of being on your back, your spine has relaxed and stretched... by the end of the day, gravity and daily activities have taken their toll and compress the spine. I hope any of this info is helpful to you...love your face!

Post Sick

Cold Ease nose gel works for me. I'm not useually a nose spray/gel girl, but I got it, and it really does seem to take away the stuffy nose sooner than anything else. It come in an orange box. I will continue to use it when ever I get sick.
