Unhappy Plateau question (yet again)

I know peeps ask these questions all the time, but... so I had surgery on October 18, and by mid-February I was down 75 lbs. Not bad for 5 months. But, since then, I've been trading the same couple pounds back and forth for over a month (down 2, up 1, down 1, up 1, and so on). Normal? I'm just getting a little freaked out...

Default Sounds about right where I am

I average about 2 pounds gone a week. More if I get the water and protein in.

Thumbs up

At 5 months I stalled too! It's normal. I freaked out! I started working out, because I didn't want to stop there! I always tell everyone to take your measurements, because when the scale is not moving, trust me, you are losing inches! You will be amazed at how many inches you will lose. When the scale doesn't move, look at the measuring tape.

It's okay, relax, you're doing just fine!

I agree!I stopped after 6 months...lost nothing for almost 5 months but SHHHRRRUUUNNNKKKKKK almost 4 sizes(remember no weight lost but inches) and then by my 1yr my weightloss began again (no noted changes in diet) and I have now maintained for almost a year(up and down 5lbs)

Measure ,measure,measure...

hang in there Girl~

Coolio, guys. I've been crap about taking measurements (read: haven't taken any), but I have noticed things continually fitting differently and my BF -- who sees me all the time -- noted I looked smaller still. So I don't know how this stuff shifts around without actually losing any, but I guess it is... I'll keep smiling and wait 'til it starts moving again.
