Default I had a complication

So last week I felt like s*#t. I couldn't eat or drink for like 4 days. So I went to see my surgeon and was told that if the systems persist into the next day, he would admit me. Well I was admitted. I was so dehydrated and tired. Come to find out I had pacriantist??(spelling?) I spent 6 days and 5 nights in the hospital being poked and jabbed and tested. I was finally released today.

I am really tired right now. My mother and sisters drove down to be with me and she made me my favorite soup. So I'm finally eating. I need to work on the drinking.

Just wanted to share.

But since my surgery on 2/20/07 I have lossed 30 pounds. I don't really see it yet. But thats what the scale says. I'm in the onederland now.

Default Pancreatitis

Oh honey! Please be careful and take it easy. My sister had a kidney/pancrease transplant and developed that, she would be ok for a few days, thought she was getting better, do too much and get sick all over again. I don't know about you, but she said the pain was horrible. Please, Please, Please be careful and remember my motto "Rest, Sip, Walk, Repeat"!!

Hope you feel better soon!

Carline I am so happy to know you are home and feeling better. Congrats on the 30 pounds gone already. That is amazing. I am so proud of you. I am so sorry you hit a bump in your jounery but you are doing great. Big Congrats on making it to Onderland. I know you don't see it but go in your closet and find something you haven't tried on in a long time. So when are we gonna get a new avatar of that pretty face?

Glad to see you back safe and sound. I had post operative pancreatitis also. I was in the hospital for nearly a month, and then on home health for 2 weeks! I was on artificial nutrition the entire time!!!! Pancreatitis hurts really bad!

Did they figure it was just a fluke do to your WLS?
