Kim is right - those measurements will be a Godsend in keeping your sanity. You may not lose pounds, but you will lose inches, even when the scale isn't budging!

Default Hang in there

Hi Lisa,

I am about 14 weeks out from my LPRNY and was the exact same weight as you. I too have sort of plateau'd (not sure if that's a word) for the moment and am holding steady at 192. It is aggravating and I can sympathize with you. I have been working out a lot lately and I think that is why I am not losing as much. I have also been able to tolerate more carbs and think that has lead to my demise as well. People keep asking me how much more I have lost but I haven't lost anything in 2 weeks! I have lost inches though, went from a size 38 to 36 bra! woohoo!

Hang in there....we will both be okay. I'll let you know when my lbs start coming off again.

Melissa
