Default Gas X Strips X-Strength?

How soon can we have this? I noticed that it had corn starch (sugar?) in it. I really would like some relief. . .

Default Gas X

I used them the day after surgery in the hospital. I asked the nurse, she asked the surgeon, she said they were fine. I agree with others, they have been a lifesaver! Now after 8 months, I only have to use them once in a while, but they still work wonders!
