Default I Am Home!!!

Well, I made it yawl! Everything went pretty well, except on Thursday when my "out put" was on the low side and Dr. Callery decided to keep me one more day to be safe. I hated that Morphine drip. Yuck, I felt too drugged. Oh, I gained 10 pounds. No worries though, Dr. C warned me of this pre-op. Still having some pain on my lower left side, but I am sure that will subside too. All I can say now is . . . I am glad to be home!

Default welcome back!

Welcome back home and welcome to the Loser's Bench!! I joked with Dr. Callery when I had my surgery....I told him he did the wrong surgery and stuck a watermelon in my belly by mistake! You'll feel like a melon is in there for about another week. Rest, sip, walk....You know the saying!

Congratulations! Everyday gets a little better with rest, sipping, and moving around when you can!

Isn't this great!

Tasha good to finally have you on the bench. I gained a couple of pounds as well post-op. I know you will do great. This has been a long time coming and you will do great at it. Welcome Stapler.

Walk outside when you can it really helps you feel better. Just make sure to take a cell phone if you are walking alone, I had to stop several times on one of my walks and really wished I had the phone to call my husband to come and get me.

Also, when you are out in the open air you can toot and no one cares

HUGS and welcome home my friend!
