TODAY I AM ONE MONTH OUT! AND I AM LIVIN` THE LIFE YESTERDAY I BOUGHT SOME SIZE 18 PANTS.. THATS IS A WOW! I STARTED A 24!! sO YEAH AND ALSO I HAVE LOST 38 POUNDSS!! THIS SATURDAY IS MY B-DAY SO REALITY CHECK I WAS LOOKING AT SOME PICS FROM LAST YEAR AND RIGHT NOW I AM LIGHTER THATN MY B DAY LAST YEAR YEIII!!!
ANYWAYSS CONGRATSS! tO ME AND MY MONTH OUT!!!!!!!!!!

That is so cool!!! Good Job! I am one day behind you, so we are kind of Pod mates. So I am really rooting for you. I just put a new picture up myself. Isn't it cool to be dropping clothe sizes!!!

By the way how is the food going for you? Any problems?

Congratulations Paulina! Happy to hear your doing so good. Hey girl have lots of fun this weekend, it's too bad your 18 & wont be able to get wasted but it's all good, better to be healthier! Party lots & call me when you have a chance. Maybe now we can go out in Tj. I go out almost every week.

Happy to hear your clothes fits so loose & your sizes are shrinking. that is so good just makes you smile all day long. But dont get to excited buying clothes, save some money for the end. Go to a sastre & have them make your clothes smaller, my mom does this for all my pants, now I fit into a 14 YUPPY!

Congratulations on your downsizing! Isn't it just a trip? It blows me away every time I go down one more size. I'm so happy right now in a 16 (from a 28/3X), I could just pop!

I am about a week behind you two, but I don't think I am loosing as fast. I am down 25#'s in 3 weeks but I think you two have gender and age in your favor!!!

I am happy for you both and hopefully I will post a new picture of me at my one month. I will be happy with 30#s at 4 weeks.

By the way, what are you eating. Maybe I need tips.

Happy one month anniversary! Congratulations on your great weight loss!

Isn't it wonderful to be able to fit into smaller sized clothes?

Your next milestone will be when you can no longer go the "women's" section and buy your clothes because they will be too big!

Your time since surgery is going to fly and you will be losing weight very fast. People continue to give you compliments on your success and best of all, YOU will feel so much better as time goes by.

Just make sure you are being careful with what you eat. I have made my mistakes and I'm sure will make a few more as time goes by. Example: Fat free is NOT sugar free. I realized that the hard way.
