Hi Everyone,

I thought I'd let you know how things are going. I have reached onederland, yipee! In fact, I have lost 50 lbs!

I feel great and am going to the gym nearly every day.

good luck to you with your surgery...I heard lots of horror stories before mine, but I have done wonderfully....back to work 3 weeks afterwards and going strong. You stay strong!
