I eat right, I work out. My body just does its thing. It is like living with someone who won't talk to you but suddenly the dishes are done or something. (Strange anaolgy - hope you get it)
Yeah it just kinda happens. I only lost 7lbs over the past 3 weeks and then this week I lost 9lbs! lol. haha

We work hard gina and push through those flatlines...and then BAM more weight gone. I know I don't post much on here but, its nice to see you doing so well. You were always one of those people I felt I had alot in common with.

btw I was at like 6 miles last night and I think I hurt my foot Its been acting up all day. So no running today. Hello eliptical!

Ouchies!

My good news is that my physical therapy is actually helping. What I thought was my hip is actually a lower back sort of muscle - quadratus something or other - that holds my hip and ribs together. Anyway, my physical therapist is great so things are progressing slowly, but I should be able to try running again by the summer. The other good thing is that since this is a lower back injury, it may help me get my Tummy Tuck paid for. That is a good thing!

Nice to see you dear. PM me any time - let me know how you're doing.
