Default Big milestone for me.

Well, for those of you who know me and all of the obstacles I have been through, this is an accomplishment for me. I actually went to the gym and was able to walk 20 minutes and ride the recumbant bike for 20 minutes. That is 40 minutes of exercise. This is huge for me because I have been sooo weak. I feel great and happy that I got my rear into the gym. I know a lot of you are probably thinking "it is about time!" And yes, it is about time. I am rather proud tonight.

Thumbs up Huge!

Dale:

I'm so happy you posted your accomplishment. What a huge milestone for you! With your previous health challenges, you must be feeling LOADS better to work out for 40 minutes today.

I'm sitting here with a great big smile on my face because I am just thrilled for you! Great news!

Keep up the good work...success couldn't happen to a nicer person!

Hugs to you..

Thumbs up Way to go!

Congratulations Dale! You just wait and see. You are going to start "craving" the exercise and enjoy the energy that you get from working out. I start my mornings off with a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise 4 times a week. My goal is to increase either the time or the number of days that I work out. I'm very proud of your milestone and glad to hear that you're feeling well enough to exercise.

I'm so proud of you for your success in being able to get to the gym and doing 40 minutes! That is awesome girl! You have had your share of medical issues - it's great to hear that you have overcome them!

Dang girl! You ROCK!

Thumbs up Dale

I am so darn proud of you!!!!!! That is a HUGE milestone. I thought about going to the gym last night and let me tell you that was a workout in itself. Do you belong to 24 hour fitness? If so I am really really going to kick myself because I was right by your house in Escondido last night.. at a stupid meeting that I DID NOT GET PAID TO ATTEND.. oh sorry went off track there for a minute.. anyway I was going to call you up and see if you wanted to work out or something .. but then I remembered I had to go to Barnes & Noble and do some other errands so I can get ready for school and stuff.. so I didn't do it. I wish I had.. I could have worked out with my friend.. Lord knows I need it too!!!

What you did was NO SMALL FEAT to anyone my friend.. first of all.. before surgery you would have NEVER done that right? And with all of your complications and whatnot who could blame you. There are some people who I have read profiles on obesityhelp.com and they never worked out ever. So you are ahead of the game in my book.

Way to go!!! I am so darn proud of you!!!!!!!!!
