Hey Cindy sorry to hear about your bread ordeal, here is some advice in the event this happens again with bread. The last thing you want to do is dronk liquids because the bread is expanding in your pouch. The wetter it gets the bigger it grows. The onky thing I can think of how wetting it would help would be to get it soft so it can breakdown faster. Yup, that has has happened to me before. At a confrence a nutritionist once suggested drinking somesort of grapefruit or meat tenderizer. She said that both break down foods quickly. Just a tip, glad your feeling better.

Just a thought, when I eat breaa i think of the things that happened to a goldfish when its fed bread. They pop! Thats how my pouch feels when I consume too much bread.. so when Im eating it, Im always thinking about goldfish!

Best wishes chick-a-dee.

Thumbs up

Glad you are feeling a little better.

I know you feel better but do you think it was just the bread?

Take Care~

Cindy, Cindy, Cindy!

I'm so glad your feeling better. Those bagels can do it every time!

Behave yourself - and remember that goldfish the next time you want bread (or anything bread-like)!
