I lost 8 pounds last week so the total is now 76 pounds. This is so hard for me to believe. I have been using the treadmill twice a day at work and walking at 3.1 MPH on an incline and it is not hard at all. I usually walk 2/3 of a mile in my 15 minute break. YIPPEE>
