Cee Cee,
Discharged on Thursday 2-15 Pm. Pain in right side kept getting worse. I was taken to the ER Saturday night at 8:30pm. It looks like I have a blood leakage into my flank muscles on my ride side. It became engourged with blood. The pain is worse now than even the day after surgery. I either have a slow leaking tissue mass or the insision lines may have failed. I lost a lot of blood and was still gaining weight All of the blood was getting locked into the muscle tissue. I am working on going home today or tomorrow. The unfortunate part is that this will take a long time for the pain to discipate. Thanks for checking up on me...hope everything is going well with you all.

Dave:
Sorry about your pain......I totally know how you feel....I had a similar complication. I hope that you're feeling better and on the mend soon! Take extra special care of yourself - don't overdo - just REST.
It's good that you shared your situation - people who are contemplating this surgery need to understand that there are all sorts of complications that can occur - it's not for the faint of heart, that's for sure.
Take care, Dave!
