I have to agree with Michelle. Worst for me, was milk but I have only vomited 3 times post surgery.

Not the most gross (grilled salmon fillet) but certainly the most embarrassing place - Gatwick airport. First in the toilet, then in a large planter when i couldn't get to the toilet quick enough, and finally in the main concourse right outside Harrods! I was mortified! lol
