Thumbs up Congratulations

Dave:

Awesome job! I know you were having brief second thoughts during "hell week." Just like we told ya, it gets so much better after that first week. Life will continue to get better and better. Since you're losing so fast, it shouldn't be long at all before you have a "2" in front of your weight.

Keep up the great work!

Thumbs up Thanks a lot!!

Yea, that first week I was having some very serious second thoughts of what the hell did I do to myself!! But, I am soooo glad that I did it now. And yes Dara you are correct I can't wait to have a "2" in front!! I have not been under 300 for about 12 years, so yea I am very excited.

I guess I am among friends here, so I am going to say this. This is kinda of embarrassing but I have to say it. When I take a shower, I am able to reach all the parts I need to reach, if that makes sense. It is the little things that matter!!! he,he.

No worries here! We all can relate to miraculous lengthening of the arms as the pounds go down, enabling us to reach the nether regions. ha ha
