Default Im Hurting .....what Can It Be

Hi All. The Discomfort Started Yesterday, I Actually Dumped , On 2 Bites Of Cake , Consumed An Hour Apart. That Was At 3 Pm And I Think I Started To Feel Better At Around 7. And Then I Was Hungry For Breakfast And Made Some Weight Control Oatmeal Which Is What I Usaully Have And Do Just Fine. Well It Really Wasnt Sitting Well And I Was Only Able To Finish Half Of It . I Usually Can Eat Almost All Of It. Pouch Has Been Really Noisy All Day And Upset . Then We Went To Walmart . And I Got Really Bloated Feeling And Hurting In Lower Abdomin (sp?). Then I Got A Very Hot Feeling All Over And Lasted Like 5 Minutes . I Did Have A Bm Earlier Today . I Still Am Not Feeling The Best . My Lower Pain Has Subsided But I Been Dizzy And Scared To Eat. Any Ideas Whats Wrong. If Its Not Better By When Should I Call Dr? Ty

Whenever something is slightly out of whack, you should call your doc I have felt like that too, but I generally have good puch days with an occaisional pissy pouch day. If this is not normal for you, call them!!

I would call your doctor. I know anytime I have thrown up I do liquids the next day because my pouch feels yucky! I asked for sugar free syrup this weekend and they brought me the real thing I thought it was so good I asked the waitress what brand so I could get some for my Kashi waffles. She then told me it was maple! I was SO SO SO sick!!!!! I ate liquids the whole next day because my ouch was irritated! But I would call my doc and revert back to you liquid diet until your pouch feels better.

Thank You For The Feed Back. I Started To Feel Better Tonight . I Ate A Small Small Portion Of Chili Just To See If It Was Gonna Stay Put And It Did . I Also Had Some Slim Fast Which Stayed Down And Some Coffee. I Guess The Flu Is Going Around In My Area So That Could Be It. I Havent Thrown Up Yet Just Feel Like It , And The Pain. My Pouch Is Still Making Loud Noises . Maybe Tomorrow I Will Try The Liquids . Till This Thing Passes, If It Is Just A Bug. Thanks Again.

Your pouch is probably still mad at you for the dumping episode~ Doesn't sounds like you have the flu.

Feel sorry for your friend...he doesn't have a negative feedback mechanism to make him not want that sugar. You do. That is what this surgery is all about. Changing the way we eat now so when the tool works less and you need to work more, it comes a little more naturally. I am glad you are feeling better
