I love Fitday.com!! I made it my homepage so it makes me feel guilty if I bypass it without logging in my foods. I started on Fitday back in November because my nutritionist wanted me to keep food diaries. With the exception of a few days while I was in the hospital for surgery (wasn't eating anything anyway

) I've logged my foods, activities and journaled too everyday since joining.
Keep in mind the info is only as good as what you input and it is a bit labor intensive but oh so helpful to get a real picture of your food intake.
